What happens after I write?

Matthew reads it and replies within one to two business days, usually with a question or two and, if it makes sense, some times to talk. Nobody adds you to a mailing list.

Do you work with organizations our size?

Organizations of 10 to 75 people are the specialty. If you're outside that range, write anyway; if we're the wrong fit, we'll say so and point you toward someone good.

Do we need to be technical to work with you?

No. Plain English is the working language here. Describe the situation the way you'd describe it to a colleague, and translating it into technology is our job, in both directions.

What do things cost?

Assessments are fixed-price and quoted up front. Retainers are a flat monthly amount. Either way, you see the number and what it covers before any work starts, and the invoice never carries a surprise.
